Real ingredients. A real story. Three hundred years of Carolina history
What it tastes like
Most Carolina red barbecue sauces start with ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar. Cox Sauce finishes this with lemon, garlic, and ginger, which gives it a sweet and tangy style not found in any other sauce.
Great on grilled chicken, ribs, beef, pork, fish and vegetables.
